We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Orders usually ship from the North Carolina facility within 5 business days.

Shipping Charges Within Continental United States:

We ship USPS only.

Shipping Charges Outside Continental United States:
Orders shipped outside the continental United States will be shipped USPS. (The USPS prices displayed on the order form are generated for domestic shipments and do not reflect the additional cost of international shipping charges. The  USPS fee for international shipments will be subatantually larger and can be determined by visiting the USPS website.) 

Claim Policy:
All claims either for broken, defective or returned merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt.

Broken or Damaged Merchandise:
It is the customer's responsibility to contact Fancy This within 10 days of receipt of goods. All original packing materials must be kept even if there is no apparent damage to the shipping carton. Items will be replaced if possible. If no replacement is available, a credit or refund will be issued to the customer.

Defective or Returned Merchandise:
No return will be accepted without pre-authorization. All returns must be insured. Defective items will be replaced if available and return-shipping charges will be credited to your account. For returned merchandise, your account will be credited for merchandise only. When authorized, return merchandise to the following address:

No Replacement or Credit Will Be Given Under The Following Conditions:
The request is made after 10 days from the receipt date.
The item is returned without an outer carton.
The item is returned without the original box and all paperwork.
Writing or improper handling has marked the item or box.
For USPS damaged merchandise, you have not kept the original shipping carton for the USPS inspector.
